Project background

This is our South American customer, the customer is from Brazil, we analyse the customer's needs after communication, the customer is mainly used to process car cushions, so we recommend this FW-1625 vibratory knife milling machine to the customer!

This machine is oscillation knife cutting machine that we just finished.

The area of processing is 1600*2500mm.This machine is specially made for south America customer.We have added vacuum pump for the machine.

It can be used to achieve micro-processing vibration processing.The whole machine produced only 7 days. If there is a customer need this machine, please contact us.
