The Maintenance of FINEWORK CNC Router

For the new buyers, except the cnc machine operation, the machine maintenance is also necessary.

Since the cnc router is kind of high precision machine, the daily maintenance and protect is important for a machine long using life.

First, keep the machine clean and the moving fluently.

Most cnc router are water cooling spindle, therefore, the necessary spare parts are the water pump and water. The water should be keep clean since the machine working a long time during one day.

Please note that never happen the condition, which water cooling spindle working without the water.  

In summer or hot temperature environment, please remember change the cool water over a period time. In case of the water too hot for the spindle. In winter, to keep the machine working fluently in a low temperature, remember to put some antifreeze fluid in the pump.

Secondly, lubricate the machine regularly.

The wood engraving machine, stone cnc router and plasma cutting machine, they are the helical rack and pinion transmission machine, the guide and gear is easily stained with dust and rust. So please note that clean the table, gear and guide dust.  Lubricating the XYZ axis regularly.

Usually, the cnc router XYZ linear guide maintenance with the engine oil. And the ball screw use the grease.

In winter, the working temperature is low, the ball screw and the linear guide should be washed by the gas, then put some engine oil. Or the machine would be dislocation for the big hinder.
